These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cumi88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cumi88 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or lent to any other person. Third-party use of your Account is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds.
3.5 KYC and Verification. cumi88 conducts identity verification in compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) standards. You consent to providing any documentation requested during this process, including but not limited to national identity cards, passports, bank statements, and proof of address. Account functionality may be limited until verification is complete.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cumi88 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian financial channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. cumi88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits may apply per payment method, as displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited instantly. cumi88 does not guarantee processing times as these depend partly on the payment provider's infrastructure. cumi88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with our support team. cumi88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard members: average 15–30 minutes during operational hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Gold VIP and above: under 10 minutes. Diamond VIP: under 3 minutes. cumi88 does not guarantee specific processing times and excludes liability for delays caused by banking system outages, public holidays, or regulatory compliance checks.
4.6 Own Funds Only. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. cumi88 will not accept funds from third-party accounts. Deposits from unidentified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
4.7 No Fees. cumi88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees outside cumi88's control.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by cumi88 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. Players must read and understand the applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limits before accepting any bonus.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. cumi88 reserves the right to refuse or withdraw bonus offers where it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional mechanics, including through the use of multiple accounts.

Bonuses already credited to an Account and subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively cancelled without reasonable cause.
5.5 Cashback Programmes. VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited as real-money funds unless otherwise specified. Cashback rates correspond to the Player's verified VIP tier at the time of calculation.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on cumi88 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. cumi88 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected arbitrage, system errors, or manifest odds errors.
6.2 Sportsbook Bets. Sportsbook wagers, including bandar bola (sports bookmaking), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators), and in-play live betting, are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant sporting body. All bets are placed at the displayed odds at the time of confirmation. In-play odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation.

6.5 System Errors. 7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. 7.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through their Account settings or by contacting support. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

All participation in betting and gaming activities is undertaken voluntarily and at the Player's own risk.
10.3 Third-Party Services. cumi88 is not liable for the conduct, availability, or accuracy of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data providers. Where issues arise from third-party systems, cumi88 will use reasonable efforts to assist but accepts no financial responsibility for third-party failures.
10.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cumi88's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.5 Indemnity. Players agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cumi88, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners from any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses arising from the Player's breach of this Agreement, violation of any applicable law, or misuse of the Platform.
11.1 cumi88 is operated by an internationally licensed entity. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which cumi88 holds its operating licence.
11.2 Players acknowledge that online gambling laws vary significantly between jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in their country of residence before registering an Account. cumi88 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any specific jurisdiction.
11.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by cumi88. The language of arbitration shall be English.
11.4 Indonesian Legal Context. Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 was enacted before the existence of the internet and does not explicitly address offshore online gambling platforms. Players accept full and sole responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to their participation on this Platform.
12.1 cumi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent on-site notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance and closure of your Account.
12.3 The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically.
